Are you an artist? Do you want to display your work publicly? Do you want to beautify the teen area? Then submit your art work to win a mural commission at the library in the teen area.

Please read the submission rules below. The winner will be allowed to design and paint a mural in the teen area in the first 6 months of 2025. Do not submit any art if you do not want to make a mural in the teen area.

1. Participants must be between the ages of 11 and 18.
2. Each participant can submit up to 2 pieces of artwork.
3. The artwork must be an original creation by the participant; no AI-generated works will be allowed.
4. These 2 dimensional entries must be a minimum of 8x8 inches and a maximum of 18x18 inches. 
5. No submissions will be accepted after November 30, 2024. 
6. Submissions will be displayed at the Library starting December 9 until December 31, 2024. 
7. Participants will be notified when they can pick up their submission in January. Submissions will be held for 1 month after participant is notified. 
8. The Winner will be notified between December 2 through December 6, 2024.
